At Radicle Currents, I (co)design liberatory learning experiences and provide coaching that supports leaders and organizations align people, process, and purpose toward change. My approach blends strategic vision, research-informed practices, and relational facilitation to build spaces of reflection, collaboration, and transformation.

  • A responsive, long-term coaching relationship offering individualized or team-based support through regular check-ins and reflective consultation. Strengthens alignment between values, leadership practice, and organizational culture.

    monthly retainer starting at $450–$900/month

  • One-on-one coaching focused on reclaiming alignment between purpose, values, and leadership practice. Supports individuals in identifying patterns that limit agency and cultivating liberatory approaches to leading, learning, and living.

  • Facilitated coaching for teams ready to move beyond awareness into sustained cultural transformation. Builds shared language, trust, and restorative pathways to address surfaced and unsurfaced tensions, biases, and inequities.
